Every year i participate in the American heart association heat walk. As a survivor and my sister is a survivor a total of 20 plus surgeries and a long hard road I feel it is important to get involved with things that are important to you. I strive to live my life with conviction determination and kindness. I am luck to be here today. and thank everyone who has made my life possible. you are amazing
