Take a Break from Tech

I didn't use devices and social media for two weeks and it feels great! I had time to work on myself, to enjoy every moment and to live in the present. I started my garden, and I spend more time with my dogs. Conversations are more real when you look into peoples eyes and when you see reactions instead of emojis. I want everyone to find their inner preace and to love yourself. Take care!
