Write a gratitude list

Writing a gratitude list before bed was a great way to be kind to myself. I have always struggled to take time being grateful about the good things in my life, as I often am striving for more. Taking stock of the positives rather than the negatives gives you a more clear head and allows you to celebrate the small victories in life that make you feel good. It also impacts the gratitude you express to others for their role in this, making it an act that has trickle down happiness effects :)
