Write a gratitude list

Writing a gratitude list is something my Life Coach has me do. It helps me to see the good things I have in my life, especially when I have difficult or challenging days. I’d hadn’t done this for a few days, and this challenge reminded me of that. So tonight, I got out my journal and made a gratitude list. I actually found myself making a positive out of a negative. As they say, every cloud has a silver lining.
