I have begun a daily journal of three things I am grateful for, along with doing a meditation every day around lunch time. Lunch has been my time in the day to stop and rest. This action has helped me so much in pausing, appreciating life, and going into the second half of the day with a positive attitude. I began it as a way to create better habits and to not reach for that second cup of coffee each day. It has done so much more.
