I love how this initiative idea benefits the environment & community !! After reading your story, Lucy, I noticed a young lady chasing an empty grocery bag in the parking lot and once retrieving it she took it straight to the recycling bin : )) BIG cheers to this gal and to this initiative for raising my awareness to NOTICE this act YAY !
