Ask an Elder for Advice

I have loads of questions to ask the elders but thought I would start with a simple one that would get them thinking about the notion of wisdom itself. I asked what was the wisest advice they'd ever been given and by who? Got a great reply that I put into action that VERY DAY in a work meeting :

Speak to people how THEY, would like to be spoken to !,told to my youngest son by his American boss and he passed it on to me !!
