About 3 Months ago i was sitting in a completely crowded train on my way to the office. A woman with her baby stroller came in an realized, that the opposite exit was out of order (single possible exit to leave the train). She was desperate and tried to pull the stroller through the train, but it was simply not possible caused by stairs and to little space.
So she came up to me and asked for help.
First we tried to get through the train by lifting and turning it - without success. So she had to take off one wheel but....i should hold her (about 3 month old) daughter. I felt a bit uncomfortable with the idea of holding a little kid for a strange woman. Finally we left the train and she was unbelievable grateful.
I'll never forget this incredible feeling of making someone happy.
