Share your kindness story

This guy approached me at the mall; he was new to the country and wanted to meet some people. We chatted for a few minutes and exchanged numbers, and he stated that he had to go back to his home by taking a taxi. I caught him off guard by offering to drive him home. He was very skeptical and mentioned to me several times that he was scared that I was going to rob him "or something". I ended up driving him home - without robbing him of course - and he was so thankful. It devastates me how these small acts of kindness are so rare that people immediately are skeptical and think that you want to bring them harm.
