Kindness ...it's not just a word , if you feel it. My act of kindness was when a few years back I helped recovered a stray dog from almost dying. It was cold winter morning when I saw this poor dog passing by my house..I was so moved by watching her condition and the immense pain that creature might had been suffering ...All body hairs were gone...blood was oozing out from wounds...other stray dogs were after her and she was barely able to stand and walk...just a bone structure waiting for her last breadth...I immediately brought milk for her...she was very scared first of all but gentle touch made her feel comfortable...after drinking milk...she went away..i was worried whether she would be able to survive all alone...next day same time i saw her sitting outside my house gate...I could clearly the hope in her eyes...her wounded tail was swinging ...giving an impression of joy...I gave her some food and milk to have...days kept on passing by...her body recovered slowly....all her wounds were gone..she looked beautiful when her skin came on fresh...amazing black and white spots all over...she was now our family member...we called her Noorie...she even gave birth to some lovely pups...we all lived like a happy family...pets are like angels which fill the gap in our lives with happiness and loyalty....I am thankful to her for providing me the unconditional love...I don't know from where she came...but it seemed as if i knew her already...she is no more now..but her memory will always be there with me...peace...
It was not me who showed kindness ,but it was her who showed me the path of kindness...R.I.P Noorie...
