This has now become an ongoing thing that I do twice a week with two of my friends. Initially it was a once off for us to spend some chat time together in an otherwise busy day. Instead of finding time to get together, we got together in an activity of walking which we would do anyway. It's really great to combine that physical-health aspect with a social pick me up as well. We walk for about 45 minutes and even though we do tough hills it really feels like more of a social activity than an exercise activity - the chatting is so distracting :)
