One day recently, I was leaving work. I care for two people in a Day Spring building where a lot o senior citizens live. A woman who appeared to be in he 70s had a large cart of food filled to the top, and she also was carrying two or three bags in her hands. It was clear she was struggling with all of the bags. I offered to help, and carried three bags to her apartment for her. She was thankful. After I left, I felt disappointed that she and I did not exchange names.
