Compliment a stranger

I've made this a sort of low-key New Year's resolution! I don't do it often, mostly because I'm a bit shy. I think my favourite experience so far was telling a young woman her eyeliner was fabulous -- she smiled, chuckled, and told me it took her hours of sitting in the mirror to be able to put it on properly!
