Kindness is not flashy, it does not need to be advertised. It's in the small things: helping someone with their luggage on the train, smiling to complete strangers, thanking people who serve you coffee, making way for other people in the streets, sharing your stuff with housemates and friends, cooking dinner for someone else, leaving a public toilet cleaner than it was before.
Kindness is a way of life, a state of mind. Will it come back to you? Maybe. Maybe not. Doesn't matter. Kindness has the power to brighten someone else's day, and that my friend is the superpower everyone should aspire for.
