There are a lot of homeless people close to my house. They usually stay close to the supermarket and ask people for food. It's very sad to watch. Whenever I can I buy some of the things they ask for and always try to smile and say something nice when I do it, 'cause I can't begin to imagine what it feels to desperately need help and be ignored by most people all day long everyday. So I try to see them when I help them. The other day there was a child and his grandma by the supermarket. The child asked for milk and some crackers. I got him the milk, the cookies and some playdooh for him to play with.
week I had a bad day. I woke up late and didn't have time for breakfast. I was in such a rush that I forgot my wallet at home. A few hours later I was really hungry and didn't have any money. I went to a café that I usually go and asked the lady that works there if I could get something to eat and pay later. She was really kind and said there was no problem at all that she knew I would come back. That meant a lot to me on that crappy day.
