Use a re-usable water bottle

I never had the custom of using plastic bottles, since I was a child I use a bottle of water and I refilled it every time I want at my school or home. If a am at a restaurant I usually ask for water in a cup and not in a bottle so they can sell it. When I buy water or something that is in a plastic bottle, I try to reuse it or recicle it
