My husband and I were leaving a restaurant after having dinner. We noticed a crowd around an elderly man lying on the floor of the reception area. Paramedics were also with him. It was eventually determined that the man, "Ronald", who was physically unharmed, was being released to go home (by the hospital) although the paramedics seem reluctant to do so. Ronald seemed disoriented and unsure of himself. He was not allowed to drive, and his wife didn't drive, so we told the paramedics we'd be happy to drive him home. Knowing he was home safely, made us feel better.
