Use a re-usable water bottle

I reused water bottles all my life, but then i saw a re-usable bottle in 2012 in Kanada bought it and since then I use it happily and drink more. because I always have water on me. It's super helpful when you travel countries where the water quality is not so good, because many places let you refill your bottles for free. so you can avoid to buy water from big companies.
