Be your own secret admirer

I have this quote on a picture frame I see every morning. It still surprises me how it makes me smile and how it reminds me that I want to love myself more by trying things that are nourishing to my whole person. I will post more reminders all around the spaces I move around everyday; it feels like having random, invisible hugs. 😊
