Set a daily gratitude reminder

This simple act is a great way to kick off my kindness campaign. The first step in showing kindness towards other people is to first show kindness to yourself. Remember "Kindness. It doesn't cost a damn thing. Sprinkle that sh*t everywhere" ;)
