I am trying to live my life focused on others and making a difference. Mostly, that is invigorating and wonderful. Sometimes, however, I just get so tired. My kind act was literally giving myself five minutes to look at a beautiful photo and just breathe. I am so busy right now that even five minutes to not focus on work feels wonderful. I could tell my heart was beating slower and my muscles were less tight. Now I can get back to working on the Kindness Bowl.
