Gratitude is among the strongest of virtues that enable us to actually live our lives. I used to spend a couple of minutes before I sleep to be grateful for all the things (good or bad) that have shaped that day. But I could unfortunately not have been able to keep this regularly for a couple of years. This initiative has indeed given me the opportunity to inculcate this forgotten habit again in me. Grateful for this initiative Team Kindness.
In my humble opinion, we should be to be grateful for everything because all the things we perceive as good for us make our lives good and the things that happen in our lives which we perceive as bad enable us to strive to make things better for us.
