My goddaughter went away for one week to Outdoor education. I wrote her a letter that she was able to read when she was there. My 4 year old daughter also drew her a photo and wrote her a letter as well. I’m return my goddaughter had written us a letter back in a thank you card. It was a really kind thing for her to do and felt so special to get a hand written card instead of a text.
I hadn't texted my little sister in awhile and sometimes, because she's my half sister, I feel like she doesn't feel as appreciated as my other siblings. I just wanted to tell her I love her and that I miss her and goodnight. I went well, she's funny.

My step brother is one of the most amazing humans I know. He works on the National Suicide Hotline...taking calls from Vets who are in crisis. He saves lives...all the time. I do not get to see him more than once or twice a year and it’s never for long enough. I saw him for maybe 2 hrs at Christmas this year and I hated to say goodbye. After I returned home, he was on my mind a lot. I just kept thinking about him and how amazing he is. So I write to him and told him just that. I told him our family is so proud of him and that he should know how much we all love him. I told him how much I...

My mom’s leg was hurting to the point where she couldn’t walk. She saw urgent care, was referred to vascular surgery and issued tight compression stockings that were really difficult to remove. I looked up a device online to help remove them more easily. I have COVID right now so I can’t buy it and drop it off. So I found it in Amazon and sent it asap to her home. Even though I have COVID right now and I’m sick myself, I’m trying my best to check in on everyday to see how her leg is doing. I hope she feels better and can walk again soon.
