Volunteer your time

Community outreach doesn't have to wait until your schedule clears up. With time, as with money, just give what you can. Maybe you can't commit to being a volunteer firefighter, but you can sign up to walk dogs at your local shelter once a week, or take part in a biannual community cleanup day. Whatever you can do, it's enough.
